RESERVATIONS FOR THE ALIEN SHOW/LIVE MUSIC ZONE

Reservation Policy

  • All customers are requested to make their reservation using a credit card as a guarantee. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.
    If you do not cancel within the established timeframe and fail to show up (NO SHOW), the restaurant reserves the right to charge a penalty of €30 per person to the credit card.
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant may cancel your reservation and apply the penalty. Likewise, if the number of guests is lower than indicated in the reservation, a penalty of €30 per missing person will be applied. In the event that the number of people is significantly lower than reserved, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
    Changes in the number of guests exceeding the specified amount in the reservation will not be accepted.
  • It is essential that the person who made the reservation with their credit card is present. Reservations made by third parties without prior authorization from the restaurant will not be accepted.
  • Your reservation will only be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, your reservation has not been recorded in our system.

Live Music/Alien Show

Exclusive Aperitif Area

  • You have made a reservation in the LIVE MUSIC/ALIEN SHOW, an area designed exclusively for enjoying live events.
    Reservations in this zone commence in line with the scheduled events, so that once the show ends, your reservation will be considered concluded.

Minimum Spending in Live Music/Alien Show

  • • A minimum spending of €25 per adult, based on the drinks and aperitifs menu, is required. Children under 12 are exempt from this requirement.

No split bills

  • Due to high demand, please understand that splitting bills is not possible. A maximum of two credit cards per payment will be accepted.
  • In the case of cash payments, the bill must be split by the customer.

Right of admission

  • • Blue Bar reserves all rights of admission. Although no specific dress code is required, entry will not be allowed for customers without a T-shirt, wearing wet swimwear, or with inappropriate or offensive attire. Entry for barefoot customers will also not be permitted.
  • Customers in an excessively intoxicated state or exhibiting violent or disruptive behavior will be denied entry.

To ensure you can enjoy the show or concert from your reserved area, we recommend booking in the EVENTS section, where you can secure a spot in the aperitif area. From the restaurant area, we cannot guarantee that the event will be visible.
